This programme is aimed at Head Teachers of all schools to ensure that Pupil Premium is effective
and delivering results for your school.

‘Light Touch Package’-ideal for Good or Outstanding Schools
From this, your overall Pupil Premium revision will be reviewed,
a Pupil Premium strategy statement and rigorous Action Plan will be produced

SEND Review
Package 1:
(2 half days)
The first half day visit draws together all of the information and sets the scene around data,
barriers and strategies for your pupils with SEND.
The second half day continues the work leading to a detailed Action Plan
which can be used to support accountability discussions with governors and other stakeholders
Package 2:
(2 full days)
Includes preparatory work before going into the school, time needed to collect evidence during the school visit,
and report writing and feedback that takes place after the review.
A SEND review is led by two highly experienced, independent system leaders who have
commendable track records of improving outcomes for all pupils with SEND.
NPQML

NPQML is suitable for middle leaders with responsibility for a team including Key Stage leaders, subject leaders, and curriculum leaders, and also heads of department or pastoral leaders.
NPQSL

Who is this for?
NPQSL is suitable for senior leaders with cross-school responsibilities, for example an experienced middle leader, a deputy head, a special educational needs co-coordinator (SENCO) or a senior member of staff.
